About Me
Hi, I’m Michel Bizet,
the Psychotherapist & Master Reiki
I value intelligence, a keen sense of humour, an adventurous perspective on life, and spiritual awareness. As Michel de Montaigne once stated, “I give my opinion not as good but as my own.” With a background in Latin and Ancient Greek studies, complemented by academic pursuits in Psychoanalysis and Psychology, I have developed a capacity for active listening and analytical support. Trilingual and proficient in new technologies, pedagogical innovation, and positive education practices, I have worked as a Psychotherapist (Psychoanalyst, Interpersonal Therapist, and Life Coach), Master Reiki and University Lecturer since 2014.
My professional experience encompasses advanced techniques in active listening, personal and group relations, and leadership. My objective is to provide comprehensive guidance and support to individuals facing challenges. I am a graduate of Sorbonne University – Faculty of Literature & Philosophy, Paul Valéry University – Montpellier, and the University of Michigan. My practice includes Psychoanalysis, Interpersonal Therapy (addressing stress, depression, interpersonal conflicts, transitional difficulties such as separation, divorce, mid-life changes, and bereavement), Life Coaching (emotional regulation, verbal and non-verbal communication), Relaxation Massage, and Reiki.
I invite you to discuss your individual needs in a setting of respect, discretion, and complete confidentiality. To initiate this process, you may schedule an appointment; together, we can work toward meaningful change and the fulfilment of your aspirations.
